We weld well a 2" tri clamp cap with a cross, and electric polish it, then we get a great tri clamp FNPT cross adapter, you can connect 3 or 4 male adapters on it. All of them are made from SS304 stainless steel.
Weld inside and outside, so you can get a more sanitary solution.
