Refund policy

JOWIN is located in China, to upgrade our service, we have warehouse in United States now. We will accept products return only if:

1. The item is new, unused, and in resalable condition, original packing.
   
2. You request a return authorization within 30 days from the day of item delived.
   
3. We received and verified the item to be unused, we will arrange payment in 3 days, and because our price is free shipping, we will refund 75% of your purchase price, it including restocking fee, sending shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and shall not be paid by JOWIN.
4. Original purchase date will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
   
5. Custom items not eligible for return.
